My clients are one of the world’s largest and most diverse providers of technical and management services, offering a full-spectrum of consultancy support to commercial, government and industrial clients across many sectors.

After being awarded a contract to provide PMC services for a privately owned power and utility company Saudi Arabia, they will be providing services for a number of projects. Work includes conceptual design, front-end engineering, design and construction monitoring, and other services necessary for successful installations. Projects involve expansions, upgrades and installations of wastewater treatment plants, electrical power generation facilities, and seawater desalination plants.

They have a number of exciting opportunities across this project including key personnel to provide oversight of EPC contractors, as well as, a core management team overseeing the entire project.

Having an immediate need for Interface Managers, reporting to the Project Director and has direct responsibility for the management of all interfaces between the EPC contractors and the execution of activities as necessary. Assignments are up to duration of 18 months.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for the implementation of all hard and soft interfaces between the project and external parties
Company interaction with the local regulatory bodies and maximising influential benefit
Monitoring interfaces against project schedule, ensuring all are achieved as planned
Ensuring that appropriate actions are in place to maintain interface commitments in accordance with project schedule

Training and Experience:

Essential:
Relevant Engineering degree
15 years experience in Power industry
Significant Project Management experience
Prior EPC contracts experience on large Middle East projects
